THIS NOTICE IS TO ALL ROCHESTER AM ROTARY MEMBERS AND GUESTS THAT WE HAVE A MEETING PLACE CHANGE FOR AUGUST 2, 2002. OUR ROTARY CLUB WILL MEET AT THE MC DONALDS RESTAURANT 4840 WEST HENRIETTA ROAD @ 7AM, FOLLOWED BY A BIG MAC UNDER GLASS COMMITTEE MEETING @ 8 AM IN ORDER TO INTRODUCE THE CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND GUESTS TO THE BIG MAC SERVICE PROJECT.

We have the opportunity to really assist Hope Hall in their efforts to ready the building for the upcoming school year and I am asking each of us to consider contributing some time.

On Saturday, August 17th from 9:00-12:00 we are in need of volunteers to paint the Community Room, shampoo carpets and perform some other basic, but necessary, painting/cleaning work. Please mark your calendars and consider bringing some outside help. If this date does not work for you, we can accommodate your schedule throughout the week of the 11th.

Hope Hall is, deservedly so, a major service project focus for our Club. Let's all consider contributing some time to this clean up effort.
